The Japan Neuroscience Society has received a call for nomination from the Lundbeck Foundation Brain Prize, which also supports a Special Lecture at the JNS Annual Meeting. The deadline for nominations is September 1.

The Brain Prize recognizes ground-breaking advances in any field of neuroscience, from basic to clinical research, and recipients may be of any nationality and working in any country in the world. Anyone can nominate and the Lundbeck Foundation warmly welcomes nominees and nominators from diverse backgrounds. Recipients of The Brain prize must be nominated by others. Nominations for multiple individuals who have contributed to an achievement are encouraged, and nominations of candidates from diverse backgrounds are warmly welcomed.
