Call for proposals: RIKEN CBS Co-Creation of Knowledge Project Co-Creation Laboratory

This is an announcement and request from the RIKEN Brain Science Institute (Director: Ryoichiro Kageyama).

RIKEN CBS was established in 2018 as a core center for brain science research in Japan. We have been conducting basic research and developing innovative technologies for the brain and mind across multiple levels, including genes, cells, individuals, and social systems, with a background in interdisciplinary and integrated academic fields such as medical science, biology, chemistry, engineering, information and mathematical sciences, and psychology.

RIKEN CBS has launched the "Co-Creation Laboratory," a project for co-creation of knowledge starting in FY2023. We are now accepting applications for the Co-Creation Lab, which will start in FY2025. The maximum amount of 5 million yen per project per year for three years will be provided as a co-creation lab research grant. The application deadline is Monday, September 30.
