Notice of Board of Directors Election

• The names of re-appointable directors who are candidates receiving a vote of confidence and the academic domains they belong to are posted on the members-only website.

  (Posted for a limited time until the election ends)

• After the election, the term of directors officially begins after approval by the General Assembly.
• The term of directors is two terms, i.e. four years. At the end of the first term, i.e. after two years, a vote of confidence is held.

• Councilors who are 65 years of age or younger as of the end of June in 2027 (born on or after July 1, 1961)
  * However, the age limit shall not apply to candidates receiving a vote of confidence for a second consecutive term of director.
• Recommenders (2 councilors other than the applicant)
  * A councilor may nominate only one candidate.
