Requirements: Recommendation from one JNS Regular or Overseas Regular member
Student members must provide documentation confirming the eligibility annually to office@jnss.org, otherwise they lose their eligibility for Student membership and automatically become Regular member.
Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians, even if in a training program, do not qualify for a reduced student rate.

Individuals who have applied the Society to be Senior Members after being Regular Members for no shorter than 15 years without unpaid membership fees
You may lose the right to serve on the JNS committee, vote in the JNS’s triennial board members election.
Partial access to the JNS’s member benefits with discount dues, PLUS complimentary annual meeting registration.

Requirements:
Sixty five years old or older and a current Regular membership for no shorter than 15 years without unpaid membership fees
Submit an Application Form for change of membership status for Senior Members

Dues: 5,000 JPY per year
