Payment of Dues

Thank you for your cooperation regarding the payment of annual membership fees. We offer several payment methods and issuing invoices/receipts.
For those members who will be making payments from competitive funds, we kindly request you to review the necessary documentation and proceed with the payment through your respective accounting department.
  • *The fiscal year runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
1. Membership Type and Fee
Regular Member ･･･ 10,000 JPY per year
Overseas Regular Member ･･･ 5,000 JPY per year
Junior Member ･･･ 6,000 JPY per year
Overseas Junior Member ･･･ 3,000 JPY per year
Student member ･･･ 3,000 JPY per year
Overseas Student member ･･･ 1,000 JPY per year
Senior Member ･･･ 5,000 JPY per year
2. How to Check Your Payment History
Please log in to the members' page, and click the "Payment and Invoice/Receipt" menu item from the "Membership Fee" menu on the left side of this page to confirm your payment status of the annual membership fee. If you have paid the fee for a year, the payment status will be shown as "Completed". If not, the status will be shown as "Waiting to be processed". You can download a receipt for the annual membership fee for the year whose status is "Completed". Please refer to the below instructions for more information on the issue of a receipt.
3. How to Make a Payment for Membership Fee
(1) Online Credit Card Payment
First, please log in to the members' page, click the "Payment and Invoice/Receipt" menu item from the "Membership Fee" menu on the left side of this page to go to the "Payment and Invoice/Receipt" page. Next, click on the "Proceed to Payment" button to the right of the year for which you would like to pay the membership fee to proceed with the payment.
*You can move to the page to input your credit card information by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button. After you move to the next page, if you close your browser while being in the process of inputting the card information and then again go to the payment page, the text "External processing" will appear. Even if the text is shown, you can proceed with the payment.
  • Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club are accepted.
(2) Automatic Debit (Transfer) *Japanese Language Only
If you have a Japanese bank account, you may pay it via automatic debit. The annual membership fee is automatically paid from your bank account every year.

You can confirm your registration status of automatic debit transfer on the "Other Info" tab of your profile, on your "MY PAGE".
(3) Payment with a Payment Slip at a Convenience Store *Members living in Japan Only
You need to have a payment slip to make a payment. You will receive the slip once a year.
We are afraid we are unable to reissue slips and change the amount on the slip. Please note that this payment method is unavailable at the time of admission.
4. Invoice and Receipt
You can download an invoice and a receipt for the annual membership fees yourself. Please log in to the members' page, click the "Payment and Invoice/Receipt" menu item from the "Membership Fee" menu on the left side of this page, to go to the "Payment and Invoice/Receipt" page. Next, click on the text "View order details" to the right of the year you would like to download an invoice or a receipt of the annual membership fee for. Finally, click on the text "Download Invoice" or "Download Receipt" on the "Order details" page to download the invoice or receipt.
The receipt will become available for downloading in different number of days after your payment has been confirmed depending on the payment method.
  • Automatic Debit Transfer: around seven to ten business days
  • Online Credit Card Payment: about 5 minutes
  • Payment with a Payment Slip at a Convenience Store: around two business days
